How to make a request

Send your request to privacy@vesperiumlabs.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand what you are asking for and, when relevant, which product or interaction your request relates to.

Requests we can evaluate

• Access to personal information we may hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion of information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
• A copy of information you provided to us where applicable.

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we cannot verify that you are the person entitled to make the request, we may ask for additional information or decline the request.

Limits

Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, legal compliance, or to complete an ongoing transaction or support matter.
